~ Returns or exchanges are accepted with approval. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the reason for return. Once approved we will send you an email with instructions for return.
~Returned items must not have been worn or have any signs of wear. If an item is received with obvious signs of wear there will be a 15 % restocking fee & a credit note will be offered. Absolutely no returns on worn items ( tobacco or perfume smell)
~ Sale items cannot be exchanged, only returned for store credit.
~ Merchandise must have all tags attached.
~ Custom made garments are non-returnable / exchangeable .. Please do contact us if you have any issue with your purchase. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.
~ Refunds are offered on all damaged or lost merchandise with tracking. We do everything we possibly can to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely and every order is carefully checked before shipping.! Packages that are shipped with tracking are typically insured, therefore if you receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in - this is necessary to make the insurance claim.
~ We will reimburse you within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a follow-up note .
~ Shipping costs are not refundable.
