~ After the order has been placed all packages will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
~ Custom orders : After the order has been placed we will need about 12-14 days to make a garment from the scratch.
Shipping method.
~ All Canadian orders will be shipped by Expedited service including the tracking number.
~ All International orders will be shipped by regular mail and we reserve the right to upgrade shipping to include a tracking number on shipments at our discretion.
~ Please ensure that you provide a complete address including your full name & address. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete.
~ We do not ship to hotels or commercial industry address.
